Midway through this week and I am being challenged by my workouts. It is not that they are too hard, it is that I don’t feel pushed like I did last week. When a workout is easy it me complacent. It is not that ChaLEAN Extreme is a bad program it is just a drop off from doing Tapout XT. Also for some reason my back hurts doing some of the exercises and I am having wrist issues. Regardless of the challenges I will complete the rest of this week with more energy and make the most of my time.
Staying committed to anything takes discipline. I believe we grow most when we are faced with adversity and my challenge is pushing through and not quitting.
I won’t quit. I am too close to the finish line.
