Wow, what a week. Supreme 90 is a great program that well worth its price. The workouts are about 30 minutes long but you feel like you worked out for an hour. There is a lot of resistance training, even in the cardio workouts weights are used. This week I was sick and it made it hard to push through the workouts but I gave my all. It is easy to use your circumstances as an excuse for why you don’t follow through with your plan but for me I am tired of making excuses for why I don’t finish what I start. So during the week the sickness had to wait until after my workout to mess with me. lol. With the help of my wife’s homemade vegetable soup I am feeling a lot better. Here is what I did this week.

I am thankful for the progress I have made so far. I can say that the past 4 weeks have taken a lot of discipline to not overeat and eat too many snacks. This week I am starting Tapout XT. This program is new to me but I look forward to really pushing through the workouts.
Thank you to all that are showing support in what I am doing.
My journey today: Tapout XT Ripped Conditioning, a bowl of grits and grape juice.

I am happy with the progress I made this past week. Hard work and self-control is starting to pay off. This week I am starting Supreme 90. It is a very challenging program but I know I am up for the challenge. To all keep pushing towards greatness.
My journey today: Supreme 90 Tabata Inferno, bowl of oatmeal and a donut 🙂
I completed week 2 of my 10 week plan. P90x brings a different challenge than Insanity does for me. It really takes patience to do the workouts. With Insanity you are work so hard that time flies by but with P90x is long and focuses more on resistance training so time does not move fast enough. I like the workouts but with so many breaks my challenge is fighting the urge from getting distracted. Below are the workouts I completed and the results for the week.
Tuesday Shoulders & Arms
Thursday Chest, Shoulders & Triceps , Tapout XT Power Strike
Friday Legs & Back
Saturday Ab ripperX, Tapout XT Muay Thai
Sunday Rest day
Last Week Results Weight 195.6 Waist 34 (-1/2 in)
This Week Results Weight 197.4 (+1.8) Waist 33 1/2 (-1/2 in)
Well this week I started TurboFire. I am going to push hard this week and stay discipline.
My journey today: TurboFire Fire 30, bowl of Life cereal.
Have a great week.
I created a 10 week Workout plan to start this year. Because I own a lot of workout dvd programs I am going to do one program a week for 10 weeks and see what kind of results I can get. My initial goal is to lose a pound a week and 3 inches off my waist. I started with Shaun T’s Insanity program which is crazy lol. I completed Insanity a couple of years ago, so I am excited to do it again.

I love cheering for an underdog. No matter if it is in sports or in the business world or in life, I want to see the person no one picked be successful. I guess I relate to the underdog in a way. I like when people doubt me. When they overlook my abilities and think I have no chance. It forces me to believe in myself and I discover through faceing my challenges how to be successful.
I am encouraged by Alfred Morris a running back for the Washington Redskins. He was overlooked by NFL scouts and teams because he was too short, too slow, too weak to be a running back in the NFL. But one team took a chance on him and He was the second leading rusher in the NFL for the 2012 season. He did not believe in what others said about him. He believed that he could be successful and through his confidence he achieved great things.
No one can measure the size of your heart. People can try to predict your future but they are only guessing. They don’t know your heart. They don’t know how bad you want it. They don’t know you.
No one picked you, so what. No one believes in your dreams, so what. They don’t matter, you do. Go after your dreams and goals with all your heart and embraces the challenges in front of you. You have great things to accomplish. go get it.
my fitness journey: Insanity Max Cardio Conditioning, breakfast bowl of oatmeal, plenty of water.
